How can I help you?
One of the questions I hear most often is:
"Why has this happened?"
In many cases, the answer isn't a single injury.
From my experience, most people develop pain gradually. Modern life encourages us to sit for long periods, look down at phones, work at computers, drive more than ever before and repeat the same movements day after day. Over time, these everyday habits can place extra strain on the body, leading to pain, stiffness and reduced movement.
My role isn't simply to focus on where it hurts—it's to understand why it hurts.
Every patient is different, which is why I take the time to listen to your story, assess how your body moves, examine your posture and identify the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. Often, understanding the cause is just as important as treating the pain itself.
I also believe that patients should understand what is happening to their own bodies. During your consultation, I'll explain my findings in clear, straightforward language, answer any questions you may have, and discuss the treatment options available to you.
My aim is for you to leave feeling informed, reassured and confident about your care.
If I believe chiropractic treatment is appropriate, I will develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and provide practical advice to help support your recovery.
Equally, if I feel chiropractic care is not the right option, I will tell you honestly and, where appropriate, recommend that you seek further assessment from your GP or another healthcare professional. Your health and safety will always come first.
Whether your symptoms have developed over a few days or many years, my goal is simple: to help you understand why your body has become painful, reduce discomfort, improve movement and help you get back to doing the things you enjoy.
Below are some of the common conditions I regularly assess and manage. If you're unsure whether chiropractic care is right for you, please get in touch. I'm always happy to discuss your symptoms and help you decide on the most appropriate next step.
